Onsite When Needed
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely the same technician that you have already been working with on the phone will come onsite themselves if able. Otherwise, they will coordinate with another engineer to go onsite, brief them verbally, and perform a handoff of the ticket. This is done so the onsite engineer is prepared to work on the issue and is not starting over at step one of troubleshooting.
