- Ransomware Attack: We received a call from a business that was referred to us. Their IT guy was not available, and their entire network had been encrypted. Without any information or prior experience working on their network our team went onsite and was able to recover their data. By the next day we had restored their business operations fully.
- Backups Tested: An onsite server had a complete hardware failure. Fortunately, the client had signed up for our Disaster Recovery Plan and within an hour the client had access to data they
needed to work, and their network was functional. When the replacement server came in, we fully migrated everything over to the new server. Having recovery from the dead server, the installation of the new server had minimal impact on the client’s ability to work. - Email Vendor Hacked: A large email vendor was hacked, and email went completely down for several businesses. INSI responded and within a few hours we had new email systems set up and configured from the ground up for those businesses affected.
